Hi everyone,
It's expo time! Shanghai is buzzing this week as the business world descends on the megopolis to realize their hopes and dreams in China. I expect to have more news next week, but so far, an MOU was signed between Shanghai and Israel. 加油！
In other news, the word on the street is that Tencent is launching WeChat pay in Israel, following Alipay's debut earlier this year. From what I understand it's mainly for Chinese tourists (hopefully 老外 tourists too), but maybe it is a sign of better things to come. In China all you need is your phone. Our entire lives are conveniently tucked into that compact little miracle. Ladies, can I get a round of applause for the combination of mobile payments and dresses with pockets? 👏👏👏
